I have been attending Michelle’s Physio practice for over two years with different ailments ranging from back, shoulder, Achilles, knee and glute pains. She has carefully explained why I may have had my injuries and given me various stretches to help along with other treatments. But what I will never be able to thank her enough for, was to get me through my training last year to achieve my ambition and complete the London marathon. At age 50 Michelle worked on all my different pains during my training, these intensified nearer the event, but I managed to complete it in one piece. Would definetly recommend Michelle.

I’ve been a patient of Michelle’s since 2007 for various courses of rehab following injuries and/or post surgery care.
She has dealt with the rehab of three major surgeries, plus many sporting injuries which required intensive remedial care and is currently treating an ongoing back condition.
Her professional, yet personal and tailored approach to sports rehabilitation sets her apart to other physiotherapists I’ve used previously.
She has been absolutely instrumental in taking me back to full fitness (or as close as possible, given the limitations of my rubbish body!) after each condition.

Excellent Treatment From An Amazing Sports Physio >
Before Michelle was recommended to me by a friend almost 10 years ago, I saw a number of physios for ligament and tendon damage in my ankle following a sports injury at school, with very little long term improvements being seen as a result of any of the treatment I was receiving! After just a couple of sessions with Michelle I noticed a marked improvement and although after excessive exercise I notice the odd niggle I have never had a major issue with my ankle since! Over the last several years I have seen Michelle on a regular and semi-regular occasion for various sporting injuries, all of which apart from a knee injury requiring surgery, she has been able to treat successfully!
Michelle is a true professional who is highly skilled in all areas of treatment and I would happily recommend her to anyone in need of an excellent physio!
I count myself as very lucky at being able to know Michelle and call her a friend and she will no doubt continue to treat and fix not only my own niggles or injuries but those of other clients! Exceptional treatment from an amazing sports physio!

Helped To Improve My Mobility Again After Lockdown
I like the joint Physio and sports massage service that Michelle delivers. As a person who deals with Spastic Paraparesis and severe back issues, Michelle keeps me mobile and a huge reduction in pain. One of my challenges is balance as well which Michelle helps me manage by continually re-assessing my condition and the stretches and exercises I do every day. Without Cheshire Sports Therapy during lockdown, my mobility became tougher but since a return it has once again improved.
